Bed Frame Warranty Policy

 

At Furniture Spot and Mattress Outlet, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with their purchase. To provide peace of mind and assurance of quality, we offer warranty options for bed frames and other furniture items.

  1. Bed Frame Warranty

- Bed frames purchased from our store are eligible for a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

- The warranty includes part replacement for manufacturing defects occurring within the one-year period from the date of purchase.

- The cost of the bed frame warranty is chargeable (prices may vary), providing coverage for one year.

- This warranty covers bed frames exclusively and does not extend to other furniture items such as sofas, sectionals, sofa beds, or any other furniture piece. Unless otherwise specified in written.

- The warranty does not include returns or exchanges after the item has been opened or if the product is past the return period for unopened items. For more information See Exchanges and Returns Link

 

  1. Furniture Item Warranty (Excluding Frames)

- For furniture items other than bed frames, such as sofas,sectionals, sofa beds, dining sets, or any other furniture piece, a separate warranty option is available.

- The warranty for these items also extends for one year and includes part replacement for manufacturing defects.

- The cost of the bed frame warranty is chargeable (prices may vary), providing coverage for one year.

- Similar to the bed frame warranty, does not include returns or exchanges after the item has been opened or if the product is past the return period for unopened items. For more information See Exchanges and Returns Link

 

Note:

- The warranties provided are valid only for manufacturing defects and do not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

- Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect their purchases upon delivery and report any defects or damages by emailing us at support@furniturespot.ca promptly to initiate warranty claims.

- Customers must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of warranty coverage.

- The warranty approval process is up to Furniture Spot sole discretion, and not up to the customer’s interpretation of our warranty policy.
