Furniture Spot is not a long-term storage facility. Items left with us for inspection, repair, warranty service, replacement, exchange, return assessment, or customer pickup must be collected within 30 days after we notify you that they are ready for pickup, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Once your items are ready for pickup, you are responsible for arranging collection. Furniture Spot is not responsible for selling, advertising, consigning, or otherwise managing your items on your behalf.
If items are not collected within the 30-day period, we may send a final notice providing a deadline for collection. Items that remain uncollected after the final deadline may be subject to storage charges where permitted, and Furniture Spot may take any steps available to it under applicable law regarding uncollected property.
Choosing not to collect an item does not require Furniture Spot to store or manage it indefinitely.
