At Furniture Spot, we’re committed to delivering your items quickly and safely. Our delivery process is designed to be simple, efficient, and transparent from purchase to arrival.


Standard Delivery Timeline

  • Typical Delivery Time: Within 3–5 business days (for online orders)

  • Delivery Window: Up to 8 hours (usually between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to high demand or regional logistics. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.


Delivery Process: Step-by-Step

1. Order Placed
Once your order is confirmed at Furniture Spot or furniturespot.ca, you’ll receive:

  • An email confirmation for online purchases, or

  • A printed or emailed receipt for in-store purchases

2. Scheduling
Our team will follow up via email or phone to confirm your delivery date and time window. While we do our best to meet these estimates, external factors (e.g., weather, volume) may cause delays. We’ll contact you with updates if needed.

3. Out for Delivery
On the scheduled day, our Delivery Team will contact you once your item is en route. Deliveries typically occur between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM for residential addresses.

If delivery is missed (e.g., no one is available to receive the item), a second attempt may be made the next business day, and additional charges may apply.

4. Delivered
Your items will be delivered to your home and placed at the designated entry point based on your selected delivery option.


Delivery Options

Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for in-store purchases within the Halifax area, based on product availability and our delivery schedule. Please speak with our team at the time of purchase to check if your order qualifies. Additional fees may apply.

Curbside Delivery
A contactless option where your order is placed at the nearest safe location outside your home (e.g., driveway, garage, or front door).

  • Our team does not enter your home or carry items inside

  • You are responsible for moving items indoors and assembling them

  • Someone must be available during the delivery window to receive the order

Entryway Delivery (Standard)
Includes delivery inside your living room only.
This does not include room-of-choice or upstairs placement unless specifically confirmed in writing at the time of purchase or scheduling.
