All warranty claims require the following:

Mattress Warranty: Self-Inspection Guide
To complete a mattress warranty claim, you’ll need to perform a brief self-inspection. Here's what you'll need:
Tools Required:

A high-resolution smartphone or digital camera

A ruler or measuring tape

A straight object (e.g., broomstick or yardstick)
Steps:

Place the ruler and straight object over the mattress to show any indentations or sagging

Take clear, well-lit photos from different angles

Keep photo file sizes small (for email submission)

Furniture Warranty: What to Send
If your furniture is covered by a Premium or Elite Warranty, and you notice a structural issue, follow these steps:
