Our Approach to Warranty Claims

At Furniture Spot & Mattress Outlet, our warranty claim process is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent for all customers. Warranty coverage is based on manufacturer standards and applies only to eligible defects under normal residential use.

Clear documentation and a structured review process allow us to accurately assess each claim while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards. This approach helps ensure that valid claims are handled efficiently and fairly, while also protecting customers and manufacturers from misuse or incomplete assessments.

We encourage customers to review warranty terms and care requirements at the time of purchase and to follow the steps below when submitting a claim. All claims are reviewed individually and handled according to the applicable warranty guidelines.

For full warranty coverage details and care requirements, please review our Mattress Care & Warranty or Furniture Care & Warranty pages.
