Warranty Claim – How to Start

If you believe your mattress or furniture item may be eligible for a warranty claim, we’ve made the process simple and clear.

All warranty claims require the following:

  • Original sales invoice

  • Valid photo ID

  • Photos showing the issue or defect

  • Submission by email to: support@furniturespot.ca

Mattress Warranty: Self-Inspection Guide

To complete a mattress warranty claim, you’ll need to perform a brief self-inspection. Here's what you'll need:

Tools Required:

  • A high-resolution smartphone or digital camera

  • A ruler or measuring tape

  • A straight object (e.g., broomstick or yardstick)

Steps:

  1. Place the ruler and straight object over the mattress to show any indentations or sagging

  2. Take clear, well-lit photos from different angles

  3. Keep photo file sizes small (for email submission)

  4. Email the photos, along with your order details, to support@furniturespot.ca

Furniture Warranty: What to Send

If your furniture is covered by a Premium or Elite Warranty, and you notice a structural issue, follow these steps:

Common Claim Issues Include:

  • Frame snapping or cracking

  • Welding or bolt failure

  • Detached or broken legs

To Submit Your Claim:

  1. Take clear, well-lit photos showing the issue

  2. Photograph the entire item and any visible damage

  3. Attach your sales invoice and a brief explanation

  4. Email everything to support@furniturespot.ca
