What Is the 100-Night Comfort Trial?

Every mattress purchased from Furniture Spot includes a 100-Night Comfort Trial, starting on the day of delivery or in-store pickup. This allows you to try the mattress in the comfort of your home and decide if it’s the right fit for your sleep needs.

Extended Trial Bonus

If you purchase a Furniture Spot waterproof mattress protector, your Comfort Trial is extended to 200 nights total.

We highly recommend using a waterproof protector from day one. Most stains can be avoided with proper protection, and stained or soiled mattresses may not be eligible for exchange or warranty coverage under manufacturer policies.

How Does It Work?

If you're not satisfied with your mattress during the trial period:

  • Contact our Customer Care Team

  • After a brief assessment, you may exchange your mattress once at our Halifax location

  • A restocking fee applies to cover sanitation and handling

  • A nominal delivery fee applies if you'd like the new mattress delivered

⚠️ Important:
If you exchange your mattress under the Comfort Trial, the replacement will include full warranty coverage.
However, it will not come with a new Comfort Trial. The exchange is final.

Comfort Trial Eligibility

  • One trial per customer on their first mattress purchase (up to 4 mattresses)

  • Applies only to purchases made at Furniture Spot & Mattress Outlet or furniturespot.ca

  • Not valid for purchases made through third-party sellers

  • Promotional, clearance, and Final Sale mattresses are not eligible for Comfort Trial

  • Trial provides a one-time exchange only - no refunds
