Spinal Care Mattress in a Box comes with 20 Year Limited Warranty & 100 Nights Free Comfort Trial. We recommend a purchase of a waterproof mattress cover of the same size as the mattress. You should use a waterproof mattress cover at all times to protect your new mattress.
There are two different types of plans that we offer to our customers:
1) Pay in 4 plans which are 4 bi-weekly payments for purchases under $1,000. These plans have 0% interest and no processing fees.
2) Equal monthly payment plans which can carry term lengths from 3 up to 60 months. The interest on these plans can range from 0% interest, to low interest to regular interest.
