Mattresses naturally soften during the break-in period. Minor body impressions and comfort changes are normal and are not defects.
Basic Care Required
- Rotate every 2–3 months
- Use a waterproof mattress protector
- Use proper bed frame with center support
- Do not bend, fold, or place on the floor
Improper care or support may void warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
All new mattresses include a manufacturer Limited Warranty, unless sold as Final Sale or Clearance.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, such as structural failure or body impressions over 1.5 inches (without weight).
Not Covered
Comfort preference, normal softening, minor impressions, stains, moisture damage, misuse, or improper support.
