The Parkview Pillow Top Mattress features an 11" pillow top construction designed to provide soft, balanced comfort with added stability. It combines a high-density plush foam comfort layer with a foam-encased three-zoned pocket coil support system to create a soft, supportive sleep surface with reduced motion transfer.
The soft pillow top design adds gentle cushioning and pressure relief, while the antimicrobial fabric cover helps keep the surface clean and breathable. This mattress is designed to be compressed and rolled for easier handling and expands after setup.
King Size mattress is also available in rolled/compressed packaging.
COMFORT & SUPPORT
The comfort layer includes high-density plush foam beneath an antimicrobial fabric cover, which helps cushion pressure points and provide gentle, responsive support.
Beneath this layer, the 3-zoned pocket coil system helps distribute body weight evenly and provides targeted support across the mattress, with extra support at the waist and softer support at the shoulders and neck. Foam and fabric encasement improves edge support, stability, and usable sleep surface.

Mattresses naturally soften during the break-in period. Minor body impressions and comfort changes are normal and are not defects.
Basic Care Required
- Rotate every 2–3 months
- Use a waterproof mattress protector
- Use proper bed frame with center support
- Do not bend, fold, or place on the floor
Improper care or support may void warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
All new mattresses include a manufacturer Limited Warranty, unless sold as Final Sale or Clearance.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, such as structural failure or body impressions over 1.5 inches (without weight).
Not Covered
Comfort preference, normal softening, minor impressions, stains, moisture damage, misuse, or improper support.
