Optional 5-Year SmartOnePlan by Zucora is available on eligible furniture and must be purchased at the time of your furniture purchase.

- Dye transfer from newsprint and denim

- Adjustable base bed frames
- Liquid marks, rings and heat marks
- Scratches that penetrate the finish
- Warping, lifting or bubbling of veneers
- Breakage of glass
- Eligible replacement, subject to plan terms
What SmartOnePlan does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pet damage
- Markers
- Accumulation of stains, soiling or perspiration
- Seam separation and manufacturer defects
- Abuse or misuse
- Cracking, peeling, fading or discolouration
Important: SmartOnePlan must be purchased at the same time as the eligible furniture and cannot be added after the purchase is completed.
