Extended warranty plans provide continued protection beyond the manufacturer warranty period and apply to eligible furniture items only.
Coverage: Structural defects only, including frame failure, broken joints, or hardware failure resulting from normal household use.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, fabric wear or fading, cushion softening, cosmetic damage, spills, stains, pet damage, misuse, improper assembly, or Final Sale / Clearance items.
Warranty claims must be submitted by email and must include proof of purchase.
